WHO WE ARE

Bell Pro Portraits is a division of Songs of Life Photography Studio, an award winning family, children, high school senior and wedding portrait studio in the Oswego, IL. area.

As the studio grew, we saw a need in the business community for professional head shots, personal branding, and event portraiture. Many people will judge a business based on the first impression of the business and image they see. Having professional portraits taken can leave a great first impression and convey the message and mission you would like your clients to hear.

Linda Bell, owner, chief photographer

Linda has been in the photography industry since the 1970's! Starting in film and advancing to digital, she has much experience working with people from all walks of life. Her four grown children and five grandchildren are the lights in her life, and she can be seen at the theater, reading any photography or psychology book, and walking two to three miles in good weather! She believes that giving you an authentic portrait that represents your business well is one of the keys to success! She holds a degree in early childhood education, a certification from the Professional Photographers of America, film degree, and even operated her own daycare for several years.

Darcy Hall

Darcy Hall is an extremely valuable and important part of the team. Always willing to lend a hand, she is extremely organized, well versed in all things technical, and usually knows what Linda needs before she asks. You will see Darcy setting up equipment, keeping the schedule on track, and making sure you have what you need. She holds a degree in accounting and loves online gaming with her husband, Christopher.
